Had to send back a pair that didn’t fit right. Too bad, but it happens. Getting the return label was simple. Refund came in faster than I thought too. No hassle. Just easy. nice when a return actually works like it should.

I’m guessing this is part of why I felt good about ordering from ECCO. They share a decent amount about their leather, water use, and better materials instead of just talking about the shoes. My order showed up in good shape and the item feels well made, so hopefully it lasts a good while and I’m not replacing it anytime soon. I’m not saying I can verify every single claim, but overall I feel a bit better buying here than from some random brand.

I ordered a pair of shoes that were showing as in stock, and they actually shipped the next day or so. The size was right too, which was nice. The only slightly confusing thing was that one color kept saying low stock for a while, like a few days maybe, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on there. I got my Eccos last week i was in a good mood when I opened the box because they looked even better than I expected. The stitching is really neat, and the whole shoe feels solid and well put together. You can definitely tell some care went into making them.
